2021 Domestic Race CalendarThe 2021 Domestic Race Calendar is below. We have many confirmed events but are still working to finalise a few other races. With the COVID 19 situation we have not attempted to schedule any races in the earlier part of the year but hope we can run into late October to make up some of the races we would have lost. If COVID 19 restrictions permit racing earlier we may get some ‘Pop Up’ races organised on short notice.

All races are organised subject to Local and National COVID 19 restriction & may be cancelled or postponed if restrictions change.

The Liffey Odyssey is a leisurely 10 kilometre paddle journey on the River Liffey through the heart of Dublin to the East Link Bridge. It is being run as a fundraiser for LauraLynn and proudly supported by Dublin Port Company ,I- Canoe and Canoeing Ireland . This event is open to the general public - however all participants must satisfy the organisers they have sufficient ability to participate. Open Canoes are the preferred craft however it is open to other craft that use a paddle such as Kayaks, Sit-on-Tops, Stand –Up- Paddle Boards and Rafts. It is primarily intended to be a fun day out to raise much needed funds for LauraLynn .
Fancy Dress is strongly encouraged

Club COVID-19 Procedures.
Hand sanitizers  are present at various points around clubhouse. Please use them.
All Kayaks & Equipment disinfected before & after every use.
Masks to be worn ​
All Kayakers to remain 2 metres apart.
