Dear members,
Following the Ballymore Eustace to Kilcullen race on April 12th, we will hold an EGM with a short agenda: a vote on the proposed club constitution. Those who attended the previous AGM may recall that members spotted faults, so a decision was made on the night to postpone the vote. A few corrections have been made following feedback. Thank you to those who made suggestions. A draft of the constitution can be viewed at this link, and we would be grateful again for a fresh look at the document and suggestions ahead of the meeting. If corrections are made we will drop a message into the group alerting you to the change. If you want to suggest a change, please send it to [email protected] by April 8th.
